Does Tate's viewing platform invade residents' privacy?

A dispute has broken out between residents in a luxury block of flats and Tate Modern over the gallery's new viewing platform.

The residents say they are being looked at for 12 hours a day, seven days a week by gallery visitors and are now threatening to take legal action.
