Cheshire park uses horsepower to dredge ponds

A Cheshire park is going back to using horse power to remove decades of organic debris from its ponds and reintroduce wildlife.

The National Trust park at Hare Hill in Alderley Edge will use a Belgian Ardennes stallion called Roscoe to dredge ponds because, in the past, tractors have caused damage.
