Election 2017: Are young voters going to bother voting?

At the 2015 general election only 43% of people aged 18 to 24 turned out to vote - down from 63% in 1992.

Is this downward trend set to continue still further when the UK goes to the polls on 8 June?

And do younger voters care more about local issues? Will they vote in council and regional mayoral elections?
