Manchester attack: Review to 'give voice' to those affected
The former head of the civil service has said his review on the Manchester attack will look at the response by the emergency services.
Twenty-two people were killed when Salman Abedi detonated a suicide bomb after an Ariana Grande concert on 22 May.
Lord Kerslake, who will chair the review, said it would be "independent and robust".
