Ian Forman jailed for Merseyside mosque bombs plot
A Nazi sympathiser convicted of plotting to blow up mosques and Islamic centres in Merseyside has been jailed for 10 years.
Ian Forman, 42, of Shavington Avenue, Birkenhead, was found guilty at Kingston Crown Court of engaging in conduct in preparation for terrorist acts.
Police found a homemade improvised explosive, a replica Nazi uniform and plans to bomb mosques during a raid.
They also seized a video Forman had filmed of himself wearing an SS officer's hat while playing a football game on his computer.
