'Fresh start' for Phoenix Centre after arson attack

Volunteers have been putting the finishing touches to a mural at a Norwich community centre which was wrecked in an arson attack.

The building, which houses The Phoenix Children's Project Centre in Mile Cross, was badly damaged in the fire on 15 December in 2012.

Trustee Sonia Kiddell said: "This is a fresh start, the final piece of the jigsaw after the fire - the last big of major work that we need to do to get ourselves up and fully operational."

Two teenage boys, who caused damage estimated at £100,000, were convicted of arson.
