Teenager who broke Norwich policeman's leg detained

A teenager who "went berserk" and broke a police officer's leg while being restrained, has been detained for 28 months.

Mohammed Labead, 19, of Norwich, was being dealt with for another assault when he attacked PC Lee Wilson in the city's Prince of Wales Road.

He previously admitted two counts of assault, one of wounding and one of inflicting grievous bodily harm.

He was sentenced at Norwich Crown Court.
