Sir Cliff Richard doll guards Norfolk woman after dark
A life-size Sir Cliff Richard doll has become an unlikely guardian for a woman from Norfolk after she told her husband she felt vulnerable driving alone after dark.
Jill Stolworthy, 68, from Norwich, has been a lifelong fan of the singer. Now she chauffeurs the homage to the pop star created by her husband David in the back of her Peugeot to deter criminals.
Like the real Sir Cliff, the doll also enjoys international summer holidays and joins the Stolworthy family abroad.
Mrs Stolworthy says people think her "crazy", but she puts it down to jealousy.
