Norwich City's Alex Neil 'always wanted to get to top'

Norwich boss Alex Neil has told BBC Look East he "always wanted to get to the top" and hopes to manage the Canaries in the Premier League.

His side missed out on automatic promotion from the Championship, but could face rivals Ipswich Town in the play-offs.

Neil guided Hamilton Academical to the Scottish Premiership. They topped the table in October and won at Celtic for the first time since 1938. He moved to Norwich in January.

Reporter Tom Williams went to visit some of Neil'’s former colleagues at Hamilton, who are not surprised he has been a hit south of the border.
