Seat cuts make Northamptonshire election hard to call

Northamptonshire's Conservative run county council has started a four-year programme to slash £170m from its budgets.

Currently the Conservatives hold 54 seats, the Liberal Democrats have 10, Labour have just six, with the Independents on two and UKIP one.

But with the number of seats being cut by 16, BBC Look East's Stuart Ratcliffe investigates how the council chamber could look after the 2 May election.
