Two Northamptonshire MPs launch own European referendum
Two Northamptonshire Conservative MPs have defied their party line on Europe by launching their own referendum on whether Britain should stay in the EU.
Peter Bone, who represents Wellingborough, and Kettering MP Philip Hollobone say their local voters in the north of the county should be able to have a say.
The ballot will be held after the European elections in May but will not have any legal force.
Ben Bland reports.
