Protest against Nottinghamshire County Council's planned job cuts

Protesters have staged a demonstration over plans by Nottinghamshire County Council to cut a possible 800 jobs.

The Labour-led authority blames central government cuts, but the Conservatives have branded the budget proposals "incompetent and vindictive".

Simon Ward spoke to council leader Alan Rhodes, former council leader Kay Cutts, council worker Beverley Whalley, and Martin Sleath of Unison.
