Stone sculptures on display at Mitford sisters' home

Hundreds of stone sculptures from around Europe have gone on display at an Oxfordshire country house.

On Form 16 at Asthall Manor, the childhood home of the Mitford sisters, is believed to be the largest display of stone sculpture in the UK.

Some 268 sculptures by 39 designers from all over the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Italy and the Netherlands are on show.

The exhibition runs until 10 July.
