Fireworks end Stratford-upon-Avon Shakespeare celebration

The night sky over Stratford-upon-Avon was lit up at the end of celebrations to mark the 400th anniversary of William Shakespeare's death.

Crowds were entertained with a spectacular fireworks display at the end of Shakespeare Live at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.

The Royal Shakespeare Company production, broadcast live on BBC Two, starred some of the greats of British theatre, and featured performances that celebrated Shakespeare's legacy.
