'Dangerous' live reptile spotted walking by Somerset lake
A potentially dangerous 2 ft-long (60 cm) aquatic reptile has been spotted walking by a lake in Somerset.
RSPCA officers were called out to the discovery of a caiman at Chew Valley reservoir on Friday.
The charity said it believed the animal, which is a member of the crocodile family, had been kept illegally as a pet in breach of the Dangerous Wild Animals Act and was then dumped.
