South Yorkshire disrupted by heavy snow
Heavy snow in South Yorkshire has forced the closure of more than 30 schools and disrupted public transport.
The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning across Yorkshire and said "significant snow accumulations" were likely on higher ground.
Sheffield City Council's highway contractor, Amey, said it was working "round the clock" to keep the city's routes clear.
BBC Look North's Kate Bradbrook went out with the gritters in Sheffield to see how they were helping the city to keep moving.
