South Yorkshire's road deaths 'at record low'
The number of people dying on South Yorkshire's roads last year was the lowest since records began in 1979, police have said.
A total of 29 people were killed on the county's roads in 2012, figures released by South Yorkshire Police have shown.
The greatest reduction was among drivers between the ages of 17 and 25, the force said.
BBC Look North was given exclusive access to follow one South Yorkshire traffic officer's day.
