NHS stops funding for cerebral palsy operation

Ben Baddeley, 9, had his selective dorsal rhizotomy cancelled a week before it was scheduled to take place.
NHS England said there was not enough evidence to show the surgery was cost or clinically effective.
BBC Midlands Today health correspondent Michele Paduano reports.
