Waste dumping drops in Suffolk

Suffolk has seen a fall in fly-tipping after allowing its recycling centres to accept all waste for a fee.

The county's approach is being held up as an example of good practice.

But the Country Landowners Association believes the real answer to fly-tipping is for recycling centres to take all waste free of charge.
