Engineers in Woodbridge freedom parade

More than 150 soldiers marched through the centre of Woodbridge in Suffolk for a freedom parade.

The troops from 23 Engineer Regiment (Air Assault) were accompanied by the Band of the Parachute Regiment as they exercised their Freedom of the Town.

Officials also used the event to show what support is on hand to help ex-servicemen and women.

BBC Look East's Kevin Burch reports.
