Fiona Anderson: Mother's actions 'unpredictable'

A report into the deaths of a mother and her three children has found there were no warning signs to suggest the children's lives were in immediate danger.

Fiona Anderson, 23, was heavily pregnant when she jumped from the roof of a car park in Lowestoft last April. A few hours later her three children were found dead.

A serious case review found the deaths were unpredictable, but more decisive action could have helped.

Independent consultant Ron Lock, who conducted the review, said it was one of the most challenging families he had ever come across.
