'Callous' visa move delays Andrea Gada funeral
The parents of a five-year-old girl who died after she was hit by a car in Eastbourne have postponed her funeral because their relatives in Zimbabwe have been denied visas.
Andrea Gada's funeral was due to take place on Friday but her parents Charity and Wellington Gada told BBC reporter Piers Hopkirk they had put it on hold.
The Home Office said it was not satisfied her grandparents and aunt had demonstrated it would be a simple visit of three months or that their intentions were genuine.
But Eastbourne MP Stephen Lloyd has branded the decision callous and called for the decision to be overturned.
