Vets call for airgun ownership rule change after cat shot three times
An animal protection charity has called for stronger controls on airguns after a cat was shot on three separate occasions in the past five years.
Cats Protection, based in Haywards Heath, said England should tighten its laws to require licensed ownership.
Sugar the cat was attacked outside her home in Dartford, Kent.
