Repeated call-outs drain Cleveland Police resources

Police officers are visiting some of Middlesbrough's problem families up to 20 times a month, Cleveland Police said.

The force said it is not uncommon to receive several calls to one address in one night and it has become a huge drain on its officers' time and resources.

Stuart Whincup spent the day with officers on the street.
