Dave Watson leaves home for first time to see his art
A Middlesbrough artist has left his home town for the first time to see one of his paintings exhibited at the National Football Museum in Manchester.
Dave Watson, who is described as Teesside's Lowry, started painting in the 1950s but ended up making his living painting the sides of ships instead.
At the age of 70 he is finally finding recognition.
