Cameron 'money is no object' flood pledge angers north

Prime Minister David Cameron said "money is no object" in helping the flooded communities in the south and west of England.

His statement has angered residents of Morpeth, Northumberland and the Wansbeck Labour MP Ian Lavery, who said there was "a lack of urgency" when the north was hit by storms in 2008 and 2012.

Jonathan Swingler reports.
