Man left partially deaf after attack in Durham
An attack on a man left him unable to hear in one ear.
The man in his 20s was pushed to the ground and later punched by members of a group who walked off in Durham city centre at 21:00 BST on 2 April.
As well as losing hearing in his right ear, he suffered facial injuries and a snapped front tooth.
Durham Police have released CCTV to help try and trace the members of the group.
Pc Paul Vickers described it as "a particularly nasty assault".
He said: "Although (his) injuries were serious they could have been a lot worse, if not life-changing, and it is imperative we find the people responsible."
