National Star College archive film discovered

A college which helps people with disabilities "realise their potential as equal and active citizens" is celebrating its 50th anniversary.

The National Star College, which opened in Cheltenham in 1967, offers full and part-time, residential and day courses at its main site in Ullenwood.

This archive film from the early days of the college was recently discovered on forgotten tape reels in the basement.
