Thornton le Dale Christmas lights work 'took all year'

A group of retired men in North Yorkshire claim to have worked a whole year to make Thornton le Dale's Christmas lights the best in the county.

Andy Holmes, a Thornton le Dale lights committee member, said the community had pulled out all the stops to make the village stand out.

BBC Look North's Michelle Lyons has been filming the team in the lead up to the big switch on.
