Baby 'received care in one and a half hours'
Dr Paul Oslizlok, a paediatric cardiologist at Our Lady's Children's Hospital, Dublin, explains how a baby from Northern Ireland was on the operating table in less than two hours after doctors telephoned the hospital about the case.
