Haass plan 'not viable' says UUP
Proposals drawn up by US diplomat Richard Haass "are not viable or acceptable", UUP leader Mike Nesbitt has said.
Speaking after the Ulster Unionists' 100-strong ruling executive discussed its response to the document, Mr Nesbitt said Peter Robinson and Martin McGuinness must "clear up the obvious mess created by this process".
