NI's chief constable accused of obstructing Troubles' investigations

NI's Chief Constable Matt Baggott is being taken to court over claims he obstructed Police Ombudsman investigations into allegations against the police in 60 murders.

The action has been brought by NI's Police Ombudsman Michael Maguire.
