Robinson: East Belfast housing protest 'not racist'
First Minister Peter Robinson has said he does not believe a protest in east Belfast over housing could be described as racist.
He was speaking as Michael Abiona, 34, was greeted with posters reading "Local Houses 4 Local People" at Glenluce Drive on Tuesday.
Mr Robinson, speaking to BBC News NI's Political Editor Mark Devenport, said he opposed "anything that suggests that people are unwelcome in Northern Ireland because of their racial background or colour of their skin."
