Orange Order stages peaceful protests across Northern Ireland

The Orange Order has staged peaceful protests against the Parades Commission at its annual Twelfth of July marches across Northern Ireland.

At the 17 main parades, marchers stopped for six minutes and a statement calling for the Commission to be scrapped was read out.

A major security operation has been put in place, as Mark Simpson reports.
