Dissident republican inmates seek Maghaberry prison reform to reduce tensions
Dissident republicans in Maghaberry prison have asked prison authorities to implement wide-ranging changes they say will reduce tensions in the jail.
Thirty-one prisoners aligned to the group referred to as the New IRA want security measures relaxed and improved facilities for visits.
The proposed changes are being opposed by the outgoing chairman of the justice committee, the DUP's Paul Givan.
