Northern Ireland cross-party talks edge towards agreement
Political parties in Northern Ireland are apparently getting closer to an agreement on a variety of contentious issues including parades, flag displays and welfare reforms.
If they fail to come to an agreement they risk seeing some powers return to Westminster from Stormont.
The five main parties have asked for £2bn over 10 years to address problems that remain after years of violence and division.
Chris Buckler reports from Belfast.
