NI Water chief executive urges unions to end industrial action
The chief executive of NI Water has explained how industrial action by staff will affect the organisation's ability to deal with supply issues.
Sarah Venning, speaking to BBC News NI's John Campbell, urged unions to suspend the current industrial action to prevent further disruption for customers.
Nipsa, Unite and GMB members voted in December for a work-to-rule and withdrawal of on-call services and overtime.
The dispute is over the issue of pensions.
