Health Minister: Small prescription charge 'preferred'

Health Minister Jim Wells says he hopes to rise up to £25m per year from the re-introduction of prescription charges to Northern Ireland.

Speaking to BBC Newsline's Tara Mills, he said his preferred option is a system where everyone pays for prescriptions.
