PSNI may have to hand back £14m due to under spend

The Police Service of Northern Ireland has underspent its operational budget for this year, meaning it may have to give back £14m.

The DUP's David Simpson MP has called the situation "absurd" at a time of cuts.

Sinn Féin's Gerry Kelly MLA has said the PSNI could not afford that amount of underspend.

BBC Newsline's Mark Simpson reports.
