The arms find near Larne has been described by the police as one of the most significant in recent years.

It included an armour piercing rocket and anti-personnel mines. The discovery was made in Capanagh Forest near Larne at the weekend.

The scene is about six miles from Carnfunnock Country Park where explosive and bomb making materials were uncovered in March.
