Belfast hospital unit's five-year delay "shocking"
The deputy director of the Royal College of Nursing, Garrett Martin, says it is "unacceptable" that a state-of-the art £150m building in the grounds of Belfast's Royal Victoria Hospital remains mainly closed to the public five years after it was to open.
He described the delay as "shocking" and said patients, primarily, were the people who were "losing out".
