Chancellor George Osborne praises 'impressive' pensions review
Chancellor George Osborne has welcomed a major review of public sector pensions which calls for the end of final salary schemes.
The report by former Labour minister John Hutton suggests making nurses, teachers and other public sector employees work for longer and contribute more to their pensions.
George Osborne added that Lord Hutton's findings addressed ''the whole issue of fairness''.
