David Cameron: NHS spending 'up by £10bn'

Prime Minister David Cameron has claimed he is confident that spending in the NHS will increase ''in real terms'' every year.

He was responding to accusations by Labour leader Ed Miliband of breaking promises over health service spending.

Mr Cameron added that the NHS budget had risen by £10bn in this parliament.
