Huhne: 'Huge' challenges in meeting electricity demand
The government is promising the most radical shift in electricity supply for a generation.
More so called "clean" power plants are to be built, including nuclear stations and wind farms. Critics fear it will mean higher fuel bills as a result.
Energy Secretary Chris Huhne said it was necessary because ''we face growing demand and shrinking supply''.
