Ed Miliband and David Cameron clash over bank bonuses

Ed Miliband, has accused David Cameron of breaking his promises to be tough on bankers bonuses.

In a heated exchange during Prime Minister's Questions, the Labour leader highlighted a Conservative Party pledge to guarantee "no bank bonuses over £2000."

David Cameron attacked Labour's record, saying they had bailed out the banks "without asking for anything in return."
