David Cameron: 'A precious moment of opportunity' for the Middle East
Prime Minister David Cameron has made a speech in Kuwait to mark the 20th anniversary of the liberation of the country by international forces in the first Gulf War.
In his address to the Kuwait parliament, Mr Cameron expressed "cautious optimism" that the uprisings across the Middle East would mean the end of its repressive regimes.
He added the region had ''a precious moment of opportunity''.
