Labour leader Ed Miliband: 'Lower and middle-income families hit'
Labour leader Ed Miliband has said the government is ''hitting lower and middle-income families'', even in the event of the economy improving.
In a speech, he is expected to state that families with children will be hardest hit because of rising taxes, benefit cuts, and stagnating wages.
Speaking ahead of his address, he said the country needs more ''good jobs with good wages''.
