PMQs: Government's competence questioned over Libya

Ed Miliband says there is increasing concern about the government's competence on Libya.

David Cameron responds by saying William Hague is an excellent foreign secretary and that he takes "full responsibility" for everything his government does and says he would not take lessons from Labour on dealings with Libya.
