MPs to vote on Libya action: Corbyn and Jenkin

Conservative MP Bernard Jenkin, a former Shadow Defence Secretary and Defence Select Committee member, said there was wide support for UK action in Libya from MPs, but permission for the military action did not allow for Col Gaddafi to be targeted.
