Alternative Vote: Nobody's first choice says Michael Howard

Former Conservative leader Michael Howard - now Lord Howard - claimed the proposed AV voting system was "nobody's first choice" and was only used by three countries in the world.

He was taking part in the Daily Politics AV Debate - airing on BBC Two on Wednesday April 6 and BBC News Channel on Friday April 6, and on iPlayer.
